Kevin Heisser
Kevin Heisser is a Southern California native and Principal/CEO of Capital Partners. Since starting his career in real estate and development in 1996, Mr. Heisser has been involved with the development, management and financing of over $20 billion of all asset types including Multifamily, Office, Industrial, Retail, Hospitality, Self-Storage facilities, Land, RV Parks, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing facilities, Student Housing projects and SFR track development. Mr. Heisser’s clients include private individuals, family offices and institutional investors. He is recognized for his expertise in financial analysis and negotiating complex transactions, which include mezzanine financing or private equity for bridge, permanent, and construction financing. Mr. Heisser has extensive knowledge of debt and equity placements for large projects across the Country, participated on panels, and has been a contributor in many national publications. In 2009, at the height of the economic downturn, Mr. Heisser was approached by Bank of America to help manage a $10BN commercial construction loan portfolio where he played a key role in creating loss reserve policy, divesting assets and loss mitigation practices by driving initiatives while communicating with high level stakeholders within a large matrix driven organization including integration with OCC and Federal Reserve. That experience has provided Mr. Heisser with not only the ability to provide debt placement for clients but advisory services to assist borrowers with all aspects of the borrowing process. Along with Mr. Heisser’s banking knowledge his development and distressed asset experience spanning over 23 year provides unparalleled expertise in the field of Commercial Finance. Mr. Heisser is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and possesses a Bachelor Administration degree in both Finance and Management from Loyola Marymount University Mr. Heisser enjoys the outdoors, mountain bike riding, beach, exercise, his son’s football career, traveling domestically and abroad and most importantly spending time with his wife and family.
Jonathan Fulton
Jonathan has over 20 years of experience as an award-winning commercial real estate professional. Having advised and been involved with over $1B worth of real estate transactions throughout his career, he has participated on all sides of a transaction, from banker to principle, developer and advisor. This allows his advisory expertise to provide a unique and in-depth perspective to every client opportunity. Over the past decade, Jonathan has brought his extensive industry knowledge as a commercial banker to the capital markets serving as a capital advisor – an aspect of the industry in which he has always excelled. Jonathan has thrived in this position, leading developers, investors and business owners to structure and capitalize commercial real estate ventures throughout the country. As Managing Partner, Jonathan has vast experience in structuring various scenarios within the capital stack including recourse and non-recourse senior debt, mezzanine, construction, value add, and SBA in the permanent finance marketplace. Jonathan’s expertise has been instrumental in advising his clients through his real world experiences in various stages of the real estate cycle, including the Great Recession. Jonathan resides in Marina del Rey. When he has downtime, you will most likely find him on the golf course or on the beach enjoying everything the coast has to offer.
David Weitzel

His extensive background and industry knowledge have cemented his reputation as a leading figure in the financial industry. David’s career is marked by a series of prominent roles and achievements that highlight his exceptional capabilities. In his previous roles within banking, David has served as a Private Banker, Regional Manager, and Banking Operations Specialist. Walt Edwards
As a Director at Capital Partners Inc., I provide commercial mortgage brokerage services to family offices, commercial real estate developers, and investors, leveraging my CFA credential and extensive network of capital sources and complex credit experience. With 20+ years of experience in the financial industry, I have developed a deep understanding of the capital markets and negotiating complex credit agreements in order to deliver loan solutions consistent with client goals and objectives. Previously, I was a Custom Credit Banker at Wells Fargo Private Bank, where I delivered custom credit products and services to ultra high net worth clients, including complex and structured financing solutions, asset-based lending, and interest rate derivatives. I also led a team of marketers and analysts in the interest rate derivatives group at Wells Fargo Corporate and Investment Banking, where I managed a portfolio of over $10 billion in notional value and executed hedging and trading strategies for clients across various industries and regions. I am passionate about creating value for my clients and partners by providing innovative and tailored solutions that meet their financial goals and objectives.
