Information we collect
Capital Partners receives information you submit through the deal submission form, capital plan, contact form, and other site forms. That may include your name, contact details, company, property scenario, financing request, and message.
How it is used
The information is used to review your request, identify possible financing sources, respond to you, and operate the website. Capital Partners does not publish borrower submissions or lender contact data.
Analytics and forms
The capital plan keeps your scenario in your browser tab until you choose to send it, and nothing is sent to Capital Partners before then. When you send a form, it includes the page you came from and any campaign tags in the link, such as UTM parameters, so the firm knows which content was useful. The site uses Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused service that does not use cookies or collect personal information, to count visits and measure form and link activity. Netlify processes form submissions, including any documents you attach to a deal submission.
Phone, text, and email contact
If you provide a phone number and agree to be contacted, Capital Partners may call, text, or email you about your request. Consent is not a condition of any service, and you can ask the firm to stop contacting you at any time.
